I want to give a shout out to Reliant Garage Overheard for their exceptional service to me. My garage opener was not working and unable to leave the house for an appointment so I called Reliant Garage Overheard to get another opener. It happened the battery was dead. So Ross, the owner himself came out and changed the battery with a new one and he supposed to charge me $50.00 for the battery and service but end up NOT charging for it. He told me its a happy new year gift for me. You see, I'm a 63yr old and disable retired with limited income, so this goes a long way for me. David came out and fixed up my door's balancing, an eaten up belt, and replaced the rollers/wheels. From the assessment to the per task pricing, everything went very smoothly (and now my door is significantly more quiet)!

Mr. David Alexander arrived as scheduled and checked the parts I was having issues with. He was professional and generous. He put my interest first and very straight to the point. I asked him to leave an estimate to my tenant because I thought about getting more estimates from other companies. But then, I liked his attitude and personality.
He generously explained why it would cost $$ to fix and wasn't pushy at all. So, I changed my mind and asked him to finish the job. He fixed my garage door very fast, and my tenant is super happy now. Thank you for your very skillful communication. The company was very responsive and easy to work with. I had no issue with scheduling an appointment with a tech. The lady who responded to me back and force was accommodating. Recommend this person(David) and the company.

Really enjoyed working with the people at Reliant Overhead. From the person who came out to give the estimate, to the people working in the front office to the installers, everyone was friendly and customer service focused. Price was fair and work was done quickly and professionally.

Quick and easy turnaround on making the appointment. The lead technician David came out and assessed that I needed two new springs. He did not try to up-sell anything or throw any curve balls. Repair was completed and my garage door was up and running in 30 min! David was very courteous and transparent throughout the entire repair process. We were very happy with the end result. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first door opener I've ever bought, and Justin was very educational and competitively priced when compared to 3 other local contractors. CJ was the technician, and he was on time and called ahead. I thought CJ was very good overall, and represented his company well. I would recommend this company and certainly use them again.

Had two doors one double and one single and one opener replaced and we are pleased with the work.

These guys were my 2nd estimate and thank God I had them come out because the 1st estimate the other guy came out and told me 4 things wrong with my garage opener and the estimate was well over 300 dollars so I told them I might as well buy a new one for that price then they lowered it by 50 then after another no from me they lowered it by 75 dollars if I had the work done today.
Reliant Overhead guy came out recognized the previous work done a couple of years ago on the garage and showed us why we didn't need all the other repairs the other company told us we needed.
They were cheap and honest and when my garage opens now its so quiet and smooth.

I was directed to Reliant using Home Advisor. They responded quickly and came out when I asked. Brandon was amazing. Walked me through recommendations and wrote me up a quote. The 5 star comes in when I mentioned I had a couple other companies coming out to give me a quote. He took the time to walk me through specifics of materials and processed they used so I could ask good questions. When I called to set a time, they were about to get back out the same day and get the job done. Thankful for Brandon. Would recommend them anytime!

I would give Reliant Overhead 10 stars if I could. Their service is absolutely top-notch. I have used them on several occasions, and each time they are prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They have come out late at night to repair a non-functional garage door when I had to get to work in the morning. Reliant has always been responsive and accommodating. They hold themselves to a higher standard that I believe is unusual in this business. FANTASTIC company, fantastic people. They have a customer for life.
