Tune-Up Service includes:

  • Inspect and adjust track alignment and door flow for smooth operation
  • Tighten any loose screws and bolts in track, brackets, and hinges
  • Inspect Rollers for proper function
  • Check for cracks in hinges and brackets
  • Inspect cables for proper drum alignment and fraying
  • Inspect and adjust locking mechanism
  • Inspect proper tongue and groove fit on sectional doors
  • Inspect weather seals
  • Check proper door balance and adjust springs as needed
  • Perform UL 325 Safety Inspection (Safety Sensors, Door "back-off")
  • Adjust opener force and limits as needed
  • Tighten opener chain or belt as required
  • Inspect opener for error codes and gear/sprocket wear
  • Lubricate hinges, rollers, springs, bearings, chain/screw drive per specifications
